Professional License Renewal
You can renew your license as early as sixty days prior to your license’s expiration date. If your license is expiring within sixty days of today, please click the link beside your profession. If you do not see a “Renew Now” link by your profession and your expiration date is within sixty days of today, please e-mail Robert Jeffery. Please note you must now enter zeros before your license number in order to find your license information and begin your renewal, ie License 1234 should now be entered as 001234, and 12345 would now be entered as 012345.

Troubleshooting tips:
Please note that the billing address information must match the information on file with your credit card company/bank or your card may be rejected.
Upon completing your credit card information, please do not hit the submit button more than once as this may result in additional charges to your account. If the computer freezes or blanks out please contact us at 404-656-3913.
If you have made several unsuccessful attempts to renew online via credit card and those attempts have resulted in your funds being placed on "hold", normally, the "hold" should fall off within 72 hours from the date of the attempted transaction. If not, you must contact your credit card company/bank to request a release of those funds.
Duplicate charges on your final statement? Please email Jeriste Dorsey with the name on the card used, any confirmation numbers you may have received, and the date of transaction. If found, any duplicate charges will be immediately credited back to the card used.
